Advocacy Matters (Wales) is now offering a free Independent Professional Advocacy (IPA) service for adults with a learning disability and/or autism across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

We can help people think about how things are going for them, focusing on the support they have or might need, including:

• 🏠 Day-to-day life
• 💖 Wellbeing
• 🎨 Activities
• 🛏️ Accommodation

Anyone can make a referral.
